Accounts placed with our recovery professionals, when turned over in a timely manner, have a Seventy-five to Eighty five percent recovery rate. This is the rule, not the exception.

Client Services Department
Client Services has been in development for many years. With the growing number of satisfied clients, Kramer, Fox & Associates, Inc has continued building a separate class of Customer Service Representatives.

Each client is assigned to a Client Services Representative who will keep in constant communications with each client. Each client will receive acknowledgements, status reports, letters of closure, and verbal status updates as necessary.
